TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any reservation booked online, via phone, or through email require at least 24 hour notice and are subject to availability.
For multi-day and custom-made tours, we require a $500 deposit due 1 week before the tour date. Single day tours do not require any deposit.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Cash. Our vehicles are equpied with POS terminal and our Tour Host can process your payment at the begining of the tour.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
There are no cancellation fees
Client assumes all risk when participating in any activities during their tour. This includes activities which are designed as apart of a tour, such as hiking, wild life interactions, etc., and includes any activities the client chooses to partake in on their own accord, outside of the tour itinerary.
Client assumes full responsibility of the Tour Accessories when rented or signed out. Rocky Mountain Private Tours accepts full responsibility in the event the accessory malfunctions or has a manufacturers defect. Rocky Mountain Private Tours does not hold the client responsible for normal wear and tear on the accessories.
We do not share over 80% of our reviews due to privacy of our VIP clients. Our regular clients are under no pressure from us to share their experience on social media or other platforms.
